StreamIncomingCallFullScreenIntentResolver
Optionally provides a separate full-screen intent for an incoming call.
When a resolver does not implement this interface, the SDK uses StreamIntentResolverWithPayload.searchIncomingCallPendingIntent for both the notification's content and full-screen intents.
