AttachmentSystemPicker

System picker variant that uses native OS pickers instead of in-app UI.

Shows a row of buttons that launch system pickers (photo picker, file browser, camera). This variant does not require storage permissions since it uses system intents. Used when ChatTheme.config.attachmentPicker.useSystemPicker is true.
