AIToolAuthorizationContent

What asks the person to sign in when a tool call waits for their account at a provider, shown under the call by AIToolAuthorizationPrompt, and so in AIConversation.

The default renders AIToolAuthorizationCard. Content of your own calls the params' connect and decline, which hand the sign-in page to the approver's AIToolAuthorizer and send the person's "not now".
