AIClientIdentity

A stable identifier for this install, for addressing client tool calls to it. Put it in the custom data of the person's message (client_id) so the agent can copy it onto the calls it makes while answering.

This install's identifier, created on first use and kept until the app's data is cleared. It is not backed up, so a device restored from a backup gets its own. Reads and writes a small file, so prefer calling it off the main thread.
